Well the day has come… Pampered Pups Close Day!!!
Our family’s last day caring for your pups at Pampered Pups
Emotions are high.
Memories are flowing full blast!
We have SO many amazing experiences caring for your pups… my heart is about to burst!!!!!
Random thoughts as I sit outside enjoying the last of the boarding pups today…
Pampered Pups was a dream job assignment from High School… that became a reality 20 years later. The last 6 years have given me more enjoyment and love than I could have ever imagined… and NONE of this would have been even possible without the loyal customers that have become like a second family and made Pampered Pups what it was!
My vision was to create a Facility that was like a second home for spolied rotten dogs. A place that set us apart from any other Facilty and specialized in giving the BEST Boarding Experience pet owner’s could have ever asked for. I believe with all of your trust and support, my family succeeded in creating that exact vision.
From the start, constructing the building with my dad and husband, to building a customer base, to maintaining the building, to care for your pups, I poured my entire heart and soul into everything related to your pups and Pampered Pups…
I’m honored to be known by the local vet offices as “Not Your Typical Dog Kennel.” Honestly, that is probably one of the best compliments a Facility could ever ask for.
I had some HUGE goals when we opened Pampered Pups. Even though others expressed that my goals were maybe a little unrealistic, I was determined to prove that it could be done!
-First goal was to always choose quality of care over quantity of dogs.
-Second goal was to run a Facility that didn’t have Kennel Cough overbreaks in the building.
-Third goal was to never have the Facilty smell like a dog or have the dogs go home smelling like a dog.
In the 6 years open, my family achieved ALL of those goals. It was a lot of hard work, countless hours of cleaning, and lots of pup love… all SO worth it to us. We have always been all about the dogs, from day one! We are SO incredibly proud of how we ran Pampered Pups and achieving all of those our goals.
While my body has decided that I need to part ways with this career, I feel incredibly fortunate, grateful and blessed to have had the opportunity to build my dream job and run it with my whole heart and soul and love your pups as if they were my own for the last 6 years. And even more grateful and blessed to have met each every one of our customers and have the reputation I strived for within the community. It’s been a Dream come true…
